Hi ! I know georgie Farmer is from UK but i was wondering if he was 100% british or if he had some other ethnicity ?
Genuine question. I was playing some metal gear rising last week and Nevermore suddenly went into my mind so I wondered if Nevermore does accept cyborgs enrolling into their school?
Does anyone have any playlist ideas for Morticia? I looked on google, and there’s only two for her, not very good ones either
So when I was researching props from the sets of Wednesday, I noticed a lot of items have this cool connection. So the car they drive is from 1938, its a Pontiac that they customized. Wednesday's typewriter is also from 1938, and the lamp on her desk is also from around 1938. But what does 1938 have to do with this show? The first Addams Family cartoon was published in 1938.
Clever work from the set dressers and anyone else who put it all together.
I watched all episodes of season 1 and everyone was says season 2 will be at 2024 april 2 but she didn't came yet, and now their saying that its coming at 2025, I think their lying...LIAR, LIAR PANTS ON FIRE oh sorry I just remembered sonic the hedgehog 3...
In the first episodes of Wednesday, we see Ajax as an introverted boy, shy and who doesn't talk much, soon after in a scene we see him putting a towel in the mirror so he doesn't look at himself, but something drops the towel while Ajax is taking a shower and he hears it and when he sees the mirror he turns to stone, scenes before we see a conversation between Ajax and Enid talking about this which they both think the effect is Temporary, but maybe it's not, soon after, when the Rave'n Ball happens, Ajax is different, he's more extroverted, he's no longer shy, could it be that the one at Raven wasn't Ajax? Then there is a scene where Ajax asks Enid "But why didn't you call me?", so who the hell asks that after being turned into stone and he doesn't know why she didn't call him? ,At the end of the series when Wednesday said "Thornhill and Tyler are just pawns in a bigger game" Perhaps, someone already wanted to reach Enid and Wednesday through Ajax, when Ajax is petrified someone should have placed him as an exhibit at Nevermore Academy without anyone noticing, And there would only be one person capable of being another person, Director Weens, but they have scenes together, so Weens might not be the only one who has metamorphosis.
Did anyone else watch the original Adams family tv show as a kid? If so what are your thoughts on Wednesday? I love the show but I feel the need to advocate for the shift in personality for Wednesday’s family members, they are just so different from the original show.
Gomez was an amazing character in the original, sword swallower, dancer, jouster, elegant in movement and dedicated to his family in every way. In Wednesday he wasn’t a sophisticated, posture for example really drove me insane. He would just bow down to whatever Mortician said and in the og they parented TOGETHER as a team.
Not that they were going to be exactly the same but it definitely disappointed me a bit. Am I being nitpicky being a little frustrated, knowing the full capacity the characters could have had?
EDIT: Thank you for all the comments I am new to Reddit! I believe the show I watched (Angelica Huston playing Morticia) came after the original, which people are saying the characters are true to rather than the show I watched growing up, hence my confusion. I still would love to hear everyone’s thoughts!!!! 💜
I heard that the Addams are going to be on the board of directors for nevermore. I wonder what they will be doing on the board? Directing, talking to investors?
And so, he was resurrected. So there is an afterlife. So there is hell or heaven. So Crack was in hell? But then why does he continue his genocide mission knowing that God sent him to hell for it? Or is there another afterlife in the series? Or does Crack just like to kill?
