2021-2022 Lexus LX600 recalled in Australia
The fault could cause a loss of power, according to the recall notice.
Lexus has recalled 184 examples of its 2021-2022 Lexus LX600, citing potential contamination within the engine.
The affected vehicles are stamped 2021 to 2022 models, but may have been sold at a later date.
The recall notice, lodged with the Department of Infrastructure, says: "Due to a manufacturing defect, there is a possibility of engine machining debris contamination within the engine.
"This could lead to potential engine knocking, rough running and/or stalling during operation causing a loss of motive power.
"A loss of motive power or engine stalling whilst driving could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users."
