BCLK overclocking options for Coffee Lake? BCLK overclocking options for Coffee Lake?

I got hold of an Intel CC150 and I'm trying to see how much performance I can squeeze from it

Its currently sat in a Sabertooth Z170 MK1 motherboard and while I managed to get a reasonable 3400 CL14 tune from it due to shitty board design, I cannot seem to get the core clocks higher 3.6GHz due to what seems like the Management engine cockblocking me above 102.8mhz Bus clock

Thing is, Management engine on this motherboard is disabled already as a requirement to run laptop and Xeon chips in this board so there is something else I'm missing..

Would I need to find a motherboard with a clock gen chip or an older CPU microcode or is this basically it?

Low profile ram, mobo and 7800X3D combo? Low profile ram, mobo and 7800X3D combo?
Help Request - RAM

Hey guys, what mobo/low profile ram would you recommend for a 7800X3D cooled by NH-D15?

I currently own a 13700K with B-Die Vipers on an MSI PRO Z690-A but I am not that happy with thermals in general, even when browsing normally the PC is just too loud.

I was thinking to sell CPU, ram and mobo and switch to a 7800X3D paired with a B650 Tomahawk since I’ve always liked Msi mobos, but what RAM should I get? I would love to stick to my Noctua cooler, so unfortunately they must be low profile.

I game @ 3440x1440 with a 4090, and I know that FPS wise the CPU switch won’t make that much of a difference, do you think that it would be much better on the thermals side?
