I don’t hate my job just the fact that I still have to work for a living and spend significant amount of my precious time doing it. Anybody else in the same boat and how are you dealing with it?
EDIT. I also wonder how many of us are working at jobs that are detrimental to our health. By the time you’re ready to retire, we are either dead or just dealing with nonstop health issues.

I noticed this about a lot of boomer women in my life. They are OBSESSED with diet and weight loss. And if they eat something conventionally “bad for you”, ie carbs, they make sure to call it out and say “oh I never eat like this!” They are also always weighing themselves on the scale.
Sometimes they’re super quick to call out any weight gain or loss on me if they’re close enough to me, like my mom or aunt. They come from the era of half a grapefruit and hard boiled egg for breakfast and then nothing else until dinner time, and I feel like it became an obsession that never left. Ranting about this because I’m curious if it’s just me and people in my life that are like that or if this is a universal issue. It really bothers me that we can’t have a meal together without some comment about the food.

Bro first we act sus/fruity as a joke but that's it but yesterday he kissed me on the cheek like it was nothing Infront of the teacher and then he proceeds to say we're boyfriends, obviously me and my friends are sitting in a group, and just laughed it off, but my bro is super HOMOPHOBIC so I thought he was joking only, but this time he said he wants to live together with me in the future, I get it friends do that, but he was so interested in the idea, I brought it up though I said imagine we all lived together in the future, with me and my other mate, and he said "Yeah bro that's what I be wishing let's do it bro", but then proceeds to send me a voice message of him moaning my name, then we laughed it off AGAIN, last week he sat on my lap and bit me, people constantly assume we're homosexuals as jokes when we get in arguments but then he proceeds to call them a dozen of slurs/swears as jokes, but then these signs are increasing could he actually be homosexuals and any precautions?
