He wants more female writers. In fact, he probably believes that Disney should encourage women to become writers by funding special programs and also fund aspiring female writers who are very promising so we have more female writers working in the entertainment industry. However, like all of us, he's against the policy of hiring talentless women who are ruining beloved franchises with their shit writing.

Imagine if all the stupid beyond-braindead erotic fan fiction stories I wrote for the Naruto franchise became part of the official lore. People would lose their shit, because not only they are childish, but they are extremely stupid and poorly written. That's exactly what Disney is doing. They are trolling people and then they get mad when people criticize their childish and destructive behavior. Try posting one of my erotic fan fiction stories on the Naruto subreddit. You will get instantly banned for trolling.

Children fighting in insanely dangerous situation is a natural part of writing meant for kids and teens. Because they're the target audience, the characters are made to be relatable for this demographic.

Because their audience want to be Robin, they want to be the kid that is gonna save the day alongside Batman, their hero. Is just an unrealistic element that you, if you're an adult consuming that media, has to shrug it off by suspention of disbelief.

So when a writer tries to say "oh no, that's insane. Jason Todd was just a child, Batman shouldn't put him in dangerous", it feels very disingenuous. Because it is a break of that unspoken agreement of suspention of disbelief that's essential to the story.

After all, you really want me to analyze the idea of a rich guy fighting crime? Apparently Batman used his grappling gun and his arm snapped in half and he fell 500 feet in to the street below on his point ears.
