Out of the blue I'm having issues with my printer It was working fine, printing with no errors. Then I tried printing a new model and it wouldn't print. Started making horrid sounds. It seems that it has lost where XYZ home is. I've tried resetting the EEPROM with M502 & M500. I've used G28 to try to autohome. It doesn't work . When I use autohome it either goes to the middle of the bed or it tries going off the bed and makes terrible sounds. When I try leveling the bed with my BLTouch after it auto homes into the middle, it tries to level off the end of the bed and also makes terrible sounds. The error the LCD is showing is "Home XYZ First" when I try auto setting the home offsets.

I'm at a loss. Anyone had experience with this?

After a perfect run from new I have a problem.

I changed from PCBlend to PLA, I got a blockage I could not clear and have had to strip the Sprite assembly.
Even though I tightend the nozzel when the block was at working temperature a little PCBlend had leaked up towards the heatsink.

To strip it I needed to remove the temperature sensor and heater plugs from the sockets mounted on the board. Hot glue seems to have been used and totaly prevented the plug and socket seperating. In the end both parts came off the circuit board, I just hope I can push them back on!

Are there any of the modern combined nozzel/heatbreaks available for the Sprite extruder? The one shown on the Creality site won't fit.

Alternatively is the a reasonable upgrade that would let me use a nozzel/heatbreak combo?

Im relativly new to printing. Im using a Ender 5 pro and it just stops in the middle of the bed when I want to print. I think it has something to do with the software but im not sure. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Heya, was just wondering if anyone knew where to get a good 4020 blower fan mount for the Ender 5. I can’t seem to find anything that works well. Thanks!

Hello, I am new to klipper and I can't seem to find a good printer.cfg for an ender 5 pro with an skr mini e3 v3 and a cr touch. If anyone could help that would be perfect

I want to build a stealthburner for my stock 5 pro but keep the bowden setup. Does anyone have the stl files for this? I see a couple of setups on printables but one says it's for the ender 3 v2 and another one is for DD not bowden. I'm not sure if the carriage on the 3v2 is the same as the 5 or not. If it is then I'm set. I would make my own but with kids and work I haven't had the time to sit down and learn blender or another program to design it. Any help?

I upgraded my ender 5 to a new board after the old one broke:

I am able to run marlin on it after I found the firmware. I want to upgrade to Klipper- but I don't know the pin layouts for the stepper motors. Anyone know where I could find those?

After 3 years of the same hot end on my Ender 5 Pro. I accidentally clipped the fan with pliers so I am looking into getting a direct extruder. I looked on Amazon and there are so many mixed reviews so though I’d ask for suggestions here.

My Ender 5 Plus randomly stopped working while starting a print one day.

I was starting a print and during leveling it just turned off,
no sound no smell, just off.
So i tried turning the switch off and on again,
nothing, just black screen.

Opened the printer, turned on,
the PSU it's green light goes on, but nothing else happens.
Tried another fuse, Nothing, i tried a new PSU and Nothing same behaviour.

When i move my Y Axis fast enough the printer starts to turn in fans go on n stuff.
So i think the issue is somewhere between the PSU and my main board.
I have no idea what lays there, what would be wrong, is there another Fuse that popped inbetween?

When i turn on the printer the PSU turns on,
but the fan of the PSU doesn't non of the fans in the printer do,
only the green LED goes on, same with the new PSU...

I'm confused. if there's someone who knows more about what could be wrong,
i'd love to know what i need to do to fix it.

I need help, ibwas printing a drawer at 220 mms witch I have done before but not on sutch a long print, any way at the handle of the drawer the bowden tube cane out of the extruder,m. The tube was fraid and damaged on the end and the bowden fiting was broken, good thing it came with a second one, and I also cut off half a centimeter of the bowden tube. This fixed it. Was it retraction? Was it going g to fast, I don't know what else would create sutch back pressures on the nozzel and the extruder, and why wouldn't the hotend come off to? I have so many questions on why this happend, am I safe to keep printing but next time at a trusted speed and Lauer hight.
