Burlington Vermont - Cyber Warfare Operators WANTED!

Sup dudes/dudettes!

I posted 6 months ago about 1B4X2 AFSC (Cyber Warfare) availability in Vermont, and I'm proud to report a bunch of additions to our squadron (35 leads - 6 -12 joining actively), the new UMD dropped in April and we need 30-35 more operators. All of our 1B4 slots are TSgt! We have limited 1D7 slots left, and I think 2 intel slots left. Majority of our folks are prior service from numerous branches.

I know active duty is very picky about cross-training for Cyber Warfare, but come to the guard, and we got the slots if you got the time! You need a 70 on EDPT, and an ASVAB within the last 2 years. Initial Skills Training is 182 days, and IQT is currently 100 days (possibly going to 120-160). The 229th COS will train you and get you ready for tech school / training, as well as getting a career on the outside!

100% of our current operators work full time for high paying contracts/companies - come here, network, and start making some bread!

**WE PAY FOR FLIGHTS & HOTELS FOR DRILL! **!

If you have any questions, reach out anytime day/night!

Text me or message on discord with NAME / RANK / LOCATION / WHY YOU WANT TO BE A 1B4 with "The Squadron".

PS: We only drill once a quarter ;)

UPDATE: 81 leads actively from the post! Keep hitting me up, i’m vetting leads as they come in! Keep hitting me up!

The size of the British Army is expected to be reduced by about 10,000 soldiers as part of a move towards robots, drones, and cyber warfare.

AI Alien Species hacks into Human Gaming Network thinking its how they wage Cyber Warfare, What Hellhole have they stumbled into and what happens?

Like if they hack into Ravenfield, they get gunned down by the Human player with a Bolter and Minigun while the AI use the Bot's weapons which are basically spears.

Or they take over the AI soldiers of a Starcraft 2 Campaign and think the highest difficulty gives them the best chance of beating the Human only to find out it's the Human's 128th time finishing the campaign with more restrictions like 0 Marines or 0 recruitment.

Or they hack into Overwatch 2 and get yelled in 200 languages at why they are using Soldier 76 as a healer.

Or they hack into Arma 3, Helldivers 2, Squad, Fallujah, Battlefront 2007 Star Wars and just.....suffer from all the Mayhem that is typical.

CAV-Brawler Cyber Warfare Protection critique

Is it just me or is the new cyber warfare protection upgrade for the brawler absolutely useless? The only thing it protects against is Rao, and I only see him come out when a helicopter pilot is being annoying. I'd much rather use the Close Protection System, I mean, it detonates C5 placed on you without hurting you and killing the person who placed it without the explosion damaging you.

50% of U.S. tech execs say cyber warfare their biggest threat: CNBC survey

A new CNBC survey of technology executives found that most believe state-sponsored cyber warfare is the most dangerous threat to their company or organization. Thirty-two percent of those surveyed also said that defining a national cybersecurity protocol should be the top priority for the incoming Biden administration and new Congress. The findings come following this week’s breach of both the U.S. Treasury and Commerce Departments, which is believed to be the work of nation state actors in Russia.

I have owned a small amount of the cyber security ETF: CIBR for a couple of years now, and just wish I had bought more.
