Why does the Raspberry Pi HQ Camera have a maximum frame rate of only 10 FPS in Full Resolution (12MP) Mode?
https://www.sony-semicon.com/files/62/pdf/p-13_IMX477-AACK_Flyer.pdf

Why does the Raspberry Pi HQ Camera have a maximum frame rate of only 10 FPS in Full Resolution (12MP) Mode? According to the specifications provided by Sony, the IMX477 sensor can deliver 40 frames per second at full resolution (12 bit). So, why is this not the case for the Raspberry Pi HQ Camera?

Tryna build a rocket

Hey this summer im trying to build a rocket. I've never done rocketry before and I know a lot of people recommend starting with a kit but I kind of just wanted to dive right in from scratch. I don't mind if it takes me a long time or if i make a lot of mistakes. I've been toying around with open rocket trying to get rough draft and have kind of gotten what i think is a good model. Any tips or corrections I should make and where do i go from here?

i was looking at getting an l1 certification because i heard it isn't crazy difficult but maybe im being over ambitious to start

What language do you use at your high school? Java, Python, etc? Also, do you know any online resources that can help our son learn these programs. We have found id tech camps but he rather do an online program instead of in person as his summer is already busy. He asked some robotic team members last week and apparently they didn't know and no coders were at the event which I thought was strange.

Licensed electrician planning on installing solar in house

Title pretty much says it. I have no experience in solar installs but I am a licensed electrician in Canada with years of experience in industrial controls.

Anyone have experience with installing their own system tied to the grid? What are some grievances to know before going into it?
