hey guys, i hope u all liked watching pride 2024!! o^ It was an incredible event and some of the most fun ive had in a tournament in a while!
i’ve been reading/watching a lot of the community predictions/recap stuff and noticed a theme of ppl thinking that i have a ton of deep mcc knowledge from when i tested years ago. I feel like I should clarify that i only played, like, 3 tests and most of what i played was Survival Games and Battle Box lol. Keep in mind half of the current games and nearly all of the current maps didnt exist back then. Build Mart still had boats when I last played. A lot of my mechanical knowledge of the game comes from being a coding youtuber, not hundreds of hours of grinding mcc games in secret lol
I super appreci8 all of the support u guys have been giving me!! <3 id just prefer to be known as a creator and not written off as an “op tester 😡” when i genuinely believe that has no effect on my performance whatsoever lol

With masters shanghai giving us top 4 finishes for G2 and 100T that means 5/6 NA teams have top 4 international finishes at masters events. SEN at madrid, NRG at Tokyo and EG at champs. The only team without a top 4 finish (or even a masters appearance) is C9. Which is pretty funny considering they are a combined 13-2 in the regular season.
On the flipside EMEA only has Navi and Fnatic while pacific has GENG, PRX, and DRX. For Americas as a whole you only add in Loud. Imo this goes to show that NA is very deep since everyone is capable of a strong run (and even the exception to this is still strong domestically).
Edit: Specifically in the partnership era (c9 still doesn't have a top 4 finish though).
The revival of EMEA is greatly exaggerated?
vs | AMER | APAC | EMEA | CN |
---|---|---|---|---|
AMER | - | 4-2 | 3-1 | - |
APAC | 2-4 | - | 1-0 | 2-0 |
EMEA | 1-3 | 0-1 | 2-2(regional) | 4-1 |
CN | - | 0-2 | 1-4 | - |
title should say Americas* instead of NA since their sole win is over leviatan

With cNed eliminated, is Boostio the only one among all 20 players to have won an international event (Champions 2023) in the franchising era? I don't think there are any remaining masters winners.
