    Advisory firm Glass Lewis has told shareholders to vote down proposals backed by Tesla’s chairwoman Robyn Denholm that would move the company to Texas and award chief executive Elon Musk tens of billions in options, which a Delaware court retracted.

    But Glass Lewis recommended shareholders support News Corp scion James Murdoch’s re-election to the board at the upcoming general meeting, arguing there were no real reasons for shareholders to be concerned despite his longstanding friendship with Mr Musk.
