    The Australian Financial Review’s second annual Mining Summit held in Perth on Wednesday coincided with what is likely to be the last issue of the Financial Review newspaper printed and distributed in Western Australia.

    This follows a commercial dispute with Kerry Stokes’ Seven West Media, which has a monopoly over the state’s newspaper printing press.
