Side note: I wish we got to see at least one birthday episode for each of the characters. We got a bunch of Ted's (which makes sense), and one of Lily's birthday. In that episode, we got a flashback of Robin being sick on her birthday, but that was just to show how obsessed Lily was with her perfect pictures.

Anyway, I would have loved to see episodes for Marshall, Robin, and Barney. I can just imagine Lily has to do a bunch of weird Midwestern stuff for Marshall's birthday because his mom used to do them. What if everyone tried to celebrate Robin's birthday by going on a camping/hunting trip? Or what elaborate stories would Barney tell to explain why, despite him getting older, he won't actually age?

I just think it would've been a really cool episode to focus on the rest of the cast.
