Maybe it is just reddit echo chamber, but I see more and more posts commenting on the return of ARM CPUs on laptops. Very recently there was also a lot of talks around the newest Qualcomm processors that are on par with Intel and able to run somewhat recent games.
For decades we've almost only been having Intel CPU in desktops and laptops.

Why are ARM cpu suddenly a hot topic for laptops ? Why is Intel losing in this market ? Does that really change anything for consumers ?
