That’s $21 in Nzd and you couldn’t get the meal from a cafe in New Zealand for that price nowadays. Especially if it’s a specialty item that only crops up when there’s a crop. They now sell it for 5.8 pounds which is $12 nzd and a steal.

I just looked at Diddly Squat farm shop on Google maps for the first time, and I'm sorry, but is that a Caravan campground just to the northwest of the farm shop?! How the hell does the council get off bitching about a car park when there is a literal caravan car park just adjacent to it? WTF!
I can't seem to get enough of Bob. Here are the shows I've found so far. Please add any you know of in the comments.

In Spare, Harry noted Charles wasn't mad about the press and racial undertones attacks at Meghan or why Harry put out the statement but that it overshadowed his tour.
Harry had put the statement when it became public him and Meghan were dating in October 2016 and released the statement in November

Was absolutely thrilled at Pepper not being sent to the butcher. I don’t know anyone who’s seen the show before and I don’t know where else to share my relief and excitement. All hail pepper!

My daughter and I have been watching the series and since we don't live an unreasonable distance from Chadlington we thought we might visit the shop. On the show however it always looks really busy - does anyone know if this is the case week to week or does it just happen to be busy when the cameras are on?
Thanks

I am probably the last person in this group to read it.
Sitting at home with a sick child. We have Covid. Everything is annoying me. My body aches. My eyes feel like they are filled with glass splinters. I have no patience for binging. Not even my favourite shows.
So I bought the book online. Thinking it may give me a brief respite from the aches and pains.
I was wrong. So wrong.
From the very first page, I could not put it down. No book in my history of greedy reading has sucked me in as deeply and as lovingly as this book. Not since the very first Harry Potter book, all those years ago.
I’m hooked. Addicted to reading until the very last page.
What this young man and his wife have lived through is horrifying. From the tragic death of his beautiful beloved mother, to the loss of their baby…it’s just heart wrenching.
That they continue to do their best to create and formulate a kind, gentle and loving life for their children, with all of the roadblocks strewn in their way is a testament to the strength and steadfast devotion they have for each other and all those whom they love.
It’s a gruelling read in parts. Equally distressing and motivational. I felt ashamed at myself at times. Nothing I have lived through has been as difficult as what they have had to overcome.
But there they are. Striving for the best they can be.
Calls from jail are recorded. Prosecutors can't use calls with attorneys but Robert was calling friends and his wife during the time of his testimony. On the stand Robert was playing frail and deaf. His voice was soft and frail and he claimed he needed to read the questions because he couldn't hear them. Obviously this was an act. His calls during the time are normal voice and he can hear the person speaking. Why didn't prosecutors use 30 seconds or so of calls to show his frail appearance and hearing loss was an act?

Community dedicated to discussing the Netflix true crime docu-series about the kidnapping of Denise Huskins
The military does nothing to protect the mental health of its vets. Some of them see crazy shit in war and get PTSD and then Harvard graduated lowers kidnap and rape girls. Like the biggest issue I saw that nothing is focusing on is how not all military vets are all good for society. Muller is clearly a pyschopath, but how does a Harvard educated lawyer kidnap and rape a girl, maybe more? How does an ex-Marine not have help or support for bipolar and are Military Vets with PTSD the problem domestically?
