Again, welcome to the community!
I'm having a good week.
Monday -> +1692
Tuesday -> +850
Wednesday -> -200
Then today.
I made $1000 dollars right before 9:55 you would think 25 minutes of work, $1000 dollars I would stop ? no I got so unbeleivably greedy and before you know it I was down 1000.
I managed to scalp back to +50 bucks and quit because I was so physically and mentally exhausted. I could have been done at 9:55 with more profits, instead I traded until 2:00 PM just to get back to break even.
I haven't done that since last year, and I am ashamed this mentality is still somewhere underneath all the discipline I built up.
The fact I scalped back was lucky that AMD was trending down so hard today.
I am still up a lot on the week, and very blessed, but I can't help but feel some sense of shame for repeating old habits this far into the game. It's like they will never leave me and creep up .
I just hit profitability a few months ago, so this is disheartening.
I am taking tomorrow off to reset.
