Relocating to JC - Help

Hi all. I'm fleeing NY after spending the last 40 years voting for policies that have turned the state into an expensive, high tax dystopia. My house that I paid $95,000 for in 1980 is now assessed at $1.2 million, so I'm looking to cash in and relocate somewhere where I can easily outbid a local working class family for a home. I put on my sleep mask and threw a dart at a map and it landed on Johnson City, TN. I've done no research whatsoever about the area so I was hoping that you could fill me in about the local amenities even though I've already decided to move there. Can anyone recommend a real estate agent who could help me find half a dozen affordable single family homes that I could convert into rentals? I won't actually be contributing to the economy, but rest assured, my savings, stocks, and generous pension will ensure that I do my part to drive up local food and healthcare prices. After the move I intend to continue voting for the same policies that made NY into the economic hellscape that it is today. Thanks in advance for all your information that I could have just Googled. I've decided that Johnson City is the place where I want to die, and from what I'm hearing about the area hospitals, that could be one day soon.
