Not confirmed. Just sharing what I've heard

The ten million sales figure was in regard to future titles, not Silent Hill 2 specifically

Silent Hill 2 is also not essentially complete, is still in development, and only Konami decides when new information or a release date is shared

We are Bloober Team, the developers of The Medium – a third-person psychological horror game that features innovative dual-reality gameplay and an original soundtrack co-composed by Arkadiusz Reikowski and Akira Yamaoka of Silent Hill fame. The Medium was released last week on the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Game Pass, and on Steam, Epic, and GoG.

If you go to the Bloober Team's website, you can find a segment called "EU Projects" (). This is the page where Bloober Team informs about receiving free money funds for their games from European Union

Right now there is a three unannounced games: H2O, Black and Dum Spiro

You can find their descriptions on Creative Europe's site:

• H2O - UPD: It's Layers of Fear 2, thanks to for finding this () Layers of Fear 3, inspired by original game. Players can make choices in story. Also, there will be new technology that "increasing the immersion effect". Project was funded in 2018 ()

• Black - Medieval horror game with melee combat, aliens and choice system. The game will feature "mature story of the dark aspects of faith and humanity with the alien lifeform as catalyst for character development". Historical setting may allow devs to create spin-offs in different periods, like Assassin's Creed. Project was funded in 2019 ()

• Dum Spiro - Horror game in Poland (Litzmannstadt Ghetto) with choice system and fifth wall. You play as a imprisoned boy who tries to save his sister. Choices will influence on psychological state of the character. Project was funded in 2016 ()

Dum Spiro might sound like early version of The Medium because of the boy saving his sister in Poland during WW2 plot and fifth wall, but The Medium has completely different page ()
