Update issues After the latest update call volume is really low. AI can barely be heard outdoors. The setting got adjusting volume for the AI is no longer in the app. The glasses are basically unusable outdoors or in loud environments. To be clear, this is a new issue. The glasses used to be loud enough, but now they're whisper quiet. This is after swiping and looking at audio settings.

My biggest issue with these glasses and this app right now is that the pictures and videos will not import. No matter what I do. Disconnect, reconnect, soft reset, hard reset, factory reset, force stop. Even after fighting to connect the glasses to my wifi the media still won't port. It constantly says auto import starting soon and then nothing. It's there an update or some help with this?? One of the main reasons I bought them.

The hardware is great.. the software not at all Update: - the app gets stuck trying to update... after closing the app I need to unpair the device and re-pair to get unstuck - the app doesnt sync content from the glasses unless they're in their case & connected to wifi. This is really odd as I want to use content right away - the glasses wont connect to do an IG live - They only connect with Whatsapp personal not business - the app loses bluetooth connection repeatedly and needs repairing
