Simulation games

I, "A" live in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Normally I would spend my days outside practicing football since my plan is to go pro. recently a girl moved into the old farm outside the town. She came and introduced herself to me and she was nice. Soon after she would come talk to me every morning. One morning I really wanted someone to throw the ball around with when she showed up. She talked to me as usual but today I said "if you weren't a girl I'd ask you to play catch" but for some reason that made her mad. She said "what's that supposed to mean?" And she stormed off. Girls can't play football so I don't understand why she got so mad at me for saying that. My Granny told me what I said was rude and I should apologize but I don't see any reason why I should. AITA?

I was just scrolling through some other SV-posts, and people were asking for game recommendations. And now I'm curious: what are your favourite games, other than Stardew Valley?

I just have an inkling we're all relatively different gamers who somehow all find a lot of joy in this gem of a game, despite liking wildly different games otherwise. So I'm curious to see what you all play.

For me, if I had to pick a favourite other than SV, it'd probably be Breath of the Wild or Assassins Creed Odyssey.

How about you?

His grange display is full of weapons, the adventurers guild guy praises his work, I think there are at least a few dialog mentions of being able to make something really good out of ore or whatever. So why doesn’t he sell weapons?

Last night, i was trying to get enough money for a coop. It was around summer 20. I then fell asleep and woke up at 4. My new save is now fall 16. Not only did I lose money from passing out. I missed a bunch of events too. Aswell as my crops. The only person I have to blame is myself. I guess I learned not to play late because I can accidentally fall asleep with the game running.

I can understand removing them from the pledge store, but from the in game dealerships as well?

I love this project so much, but stuff like this makes me regret ever giving this company money, its disgusting, predatory behavior and it will run this game into the ground if they keep doing stuff like this.

EDIT: I am aware they have plans to make the MK1 hornet available again. If these plans involve a completely in game event where they are obtainable solely through in game actions then fine, I will eat my words and bravo CIG.

However I would bet money on these plans still involving the cash shop in some way or another...

I have no issues with CIG trying to create rare collectors items, I just wish they would do it in a way that doesn't involve the store all the time.

EDIT EDIT: As of the end of invictus, there will now be 0 hornets available for sale in game. If the MkII is the replacement then they need to add it to in game shops at the same time as they remove the Mk1. If they don't then we'll not be able to buy a hornet in game until 3.23.2 or potentially even 4.0.

EDIT EDIT EDIT: They have also done this right after people have just upgraded their old Mk1 hornets to Mk2's and then into F7A's, which cannot be melted without losing the upgrade. In order for people who want the cool new 'collectors' version, and keep their swanky new fighter, they have to put in more new money.
