i was talking with support about the recent issue a lot of people have been facing and i got like two different bots in a row (posting the exact same messages as one another and not reading any of what i was saying my issue was). on attempt #3 i got a real person, daniel, and he was actually helping me out and being a casually chatty individual like a representative of a company should be. i was waiting for a couple min while daniel checked on something and when daniel came back IT WAS MORE BOT MESSAGES. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO YOU DANIEL??
