I've been pretty interested in the franchise since gfl1 but couldn't play that one, and so my interest went to this sequel instead since global has been announced.

What I really want to ask is, is it a master-love/waifu kind of game?
I know oaths aren't canon, but I still would want my characters to actually like the MC. my impressions from gfl1 is that it's mainly story-driven and the characters just happen to be all female. I've also been seeing some yuri fanart, which I'm not a fan of, so I also want to ask if the game itself has a lot of that, yuri-bait or not.

I know the game had a "Raymond NTR" drama that actually wasn't really ntr, but I'd still prefer a game that didn't have anything ambiguous between the dolls and male npc's that could be interpreted as anything resembling romance. Has the game moved on from those kinds of stories?

gameplay-wise, I've heard that it's extremely stingy with resources? has that changed? I don't mind the kind of gacha rates it has, but it'd be a problem if dupes were more of a requirement than not to clear harder content.

Is there any else besides Sabrina? Also I guess they dropped them being dolls/guns? Have they fixed/deepened the gameplay lately?

I tried to find how to download the EN server but I couldn’t, then i tried to play on the CN server and it says I need a chinese phone number.

Hello, I start GFL a year ago, still hasn’t finished all the released content however I watched a lot of videos about the lore. Now waiting for GFL2’s international release. GFL2 takes place some years after the Girl’s Frontline. Now G&K is dismantled and as I understand from the story both Dolls and Commander spend some years apart unemployed. So is there any visible personality changes in GFL2?

How demanding is the game? Maybe someone who has played or saw someone can give the specs and quality expected?

Since the models look so well done and detailed, would love to play in a decent quality but don’t know if an Ryzen 5600 and 8gb 4060 would do.

One of the main reasons GFL 1 is the only gacha I play is because of how f2p friendly it is and the mechanic itself. You know, the fact that characters would drop from clearing maps and that you can roll four times a day and still end up with more contracts than you started with.

I was afraid something like this would happen since Neural Cloud moved in this direction, but this looked so familiar to Genshit, it really killed my excitement.

So, is it still possible to get your raifu as a f2p player? Or do you have to save all your rolls for 6 months, waiting for a specific banner to blow them all at once and in case you don't get her either a) spend money or b) wait 2 years until her banner comes again because the chance of getting her otherwise closer to 0 than to 0,1%?
