I was worried that by making Sabine Ahsoka's apprentice, they would make her Force sensitive. Thankfully, Huyang's line about her being less Force sensitive than any Padawan he's ever met quelled that fear. I'm glad they didn't try and retcon her into being Force sensitive like they did with Finn, and it's nice to see this show isn't making the same mistakes the sequel trilogy did. That's really all I have to say, I just wanted to put my thoughts down, and I can't wait to see where this show goes!

It's the same issue that plagued Mando Season 3.

The storyline was supposed to have another character involved, storyboards were made, scripts written, scenes prepared for.

Then that character got shitcanned, and in the scramble to shore things up, we get a bunch of stupid plots and filler episodes to pad things out.

So far in Ahsoka only a few things have happened over the course of 5 episodes. She found the plot device, the plot device was stolen, and the bad guys used the plot device to leave the galaxy.

Nearly everything else has been padding to by time as the writers fail to pound a square peg into a round hole. Hell, everything I described should have been episode 1. Now the plot has to depend on another plot device. The Imperial hyperspace ring is gone, Ahsoka can't pursue it, so bring on the space whales.

Which should be episode 2.
