So much brain fog. So much tired. 6000mg sodium (not counting food) 4000mg potassium 400mg magnesium. Can barely keep my eyes open.
It’s day 5. I don’t think it’s safe to ingest more electrolytes. I’m not a big person. 170cm and 64kg. I’m mostly doing this because I thought it was help my brain but it’s doing the exact opposite.
