I’m watching this episode about the man involved in a mva resulting in death & serious injury for the other vehicle involved…I just have a question I’m hoping someone can answer. So the prosecution got his phone records in an attempt to show being on his phone is what caused the accident. They didn’t, but I was just wondering why didn’t the defense (or police for that matter) request the other party’s phone records for the same reason? Seems like that could’ve potentially been an easy way to prove his innocence. I’m just wondering if there’s a reason they didn’t. And perhaps they did, it just wasn’t discussed on the episode. personally, I feel it should have just been considered a tragic accident from the start. The jury got this one right I think.
I'm glad she's out, but I've always wondered how to reconcile the fingerprints, leading me to think she had to have been there.
It's in 4 parts. Let's discuss what she says....
