Just announced on Patreon, The Regulation Podcast crew (formerly F**kface) officially gained the rights to their old IP and YouTube channel. Does not appear to include the "Let's Play" channel at this time, but at least Ratyboy is saved.

The Regulation Podcast just shared: "Acquiring IP & Socials Update"

When we became independent and launched as soon as we could, we did so because we didn't want to miss a beat. This show and community mean so much to all of us it felt wrong to not be there for you, especially when you have always been there for us. The launch wasn't as smooth as we hoped due to our immediacy, but you have continued to be so patient and supportive. We can't thank you enough. With that said we have some incredibly exciting news! We have officially acquired the entirety of the rights to our old IP! That means we will be back on our old YouTube channel and all our socials, but under our new name "The Regulation Pod"! One small hiccup is that although we have acquired our rights, we are still waiting to have our RSS feed transferred to us. To that end, this week's episode of The Regulation Podcast will be available for everyone via our Patreon page and Spotify. We know things regarding our feeds and channels have been confusing but we cannot state enough how much your understanding and patience have meant. We will have another public post soon on our Patreon clarifying things as soon as we have more info on our feed.

Hi, I’m reposting a shortened version of a really big issue I (34f) am having with my husband (32m). My original post didn’t get any comments I think because it’s super long.

My husband and I are in the middle of a big argument (it’s day 3) because he says since he works and I’m a stay at home mom, the financial burden is on him and I don’t have any right to “b***h” at him for help with cleaning, the baby etc.

I brought up how I’ve been feeling overwhelmed with everything, and noticing he’s stopped doing things he used to do to help. For example- washing bottles before he goes to sleep so I’m not left doing it after putting our baby to sleep, getting up with baby early mornings on his days off, offering to hang out with baby so I can shower etc. He leaves his dishes all around the house, if he uses the last of the ice in the ice mold, he just leaves it in the counter for me to fill up. They are small things but when he used to do them, it showed me that he at least wanted to help me out a little bit.

He is the most mad at me I have ever seen him. He isn’t telling me he loves me- we are big “I love you” people, usually saying it to each other multiple times a day.

He’s called me dramatic, crazy, and that I’ve lost my mind over this. He is so cold towards me.

I want to mention that I do what I can to earn my own money to help with groceries and small things like formula or diapers. Sometimes the timing of side gigs overlap with his work schedule so I’m not able to earn any money that day, but I do try.

I would normally ask my brother for advice since his wife is an AMAZING sahm, but my brother is my husband’s boss so it might make things awkward.

I feel so lost and lonely. Does he have a point? Do I have no right to ask for help with housework or our baby since he is the money earner?

EDIT* I have been feeling this way for months but was trying to figure out a good way to bring it up without seeming ungrateful for the work he does and what he provides. I should have brought it up sooner because this whole thing kicked off at 2am Sunday morning when I was getting up with our teething baby every 20 minutes. She sleeps in the room with us so she had to have woken my husband up too. It was his day off and he hadn’t gotten up to help with her. I hadn’t slept for almost 24 hours.

She started crying for the 4th time in an hour and I laid in bed to see if MAYBE my husband would help this time. He didn’t. I was so fed up and tired. I got her out of the crib and slammed the door behind me. This infuriated my husband. It was immature of me and i immediately regretted the action. I just said I’m tired of him not helping me.

He went back to bed. Baby and I slept on the couch. The next morning he starts getting her dressed (he never does this) and I asked what was going on. He said “I’m taking MY daughter to the store”. I said “oh I need some things too I’ll go with you.” He said “that’s not f***ing happening”.

I started panicking because I didn’t want him taking her in the middle of an argument. He also never wants to take her anywhere without me.He handed me his work phone (he was on-call) and said “you can deal with my work phone today, I’m taking my daughter”. Obviously I freaked out and was very upset. You don’t use our daughter as a way to upset me or prove a point.

Things calmed down and then we had the talk in the original post, but he’s still VERY mad that I slammed the door and wanted to prevent him leaving with “his” daughter. I tried to explain there a difference between casually going to the store or anywhere with her- which I have no problem with, of course- and taking her while cussing at me, leaving me with his work phone, and telling me I can’t come with them. He refuses to see the difference.

I didn’t include all of this at first because it would have made this way too long but after reading some comments I think it could be relevant. I fully understand I was in the wrong to slam the door- it was rude and childish and I have apologized.

A bit more than two years ago, my friends and I were invited to a party by a friend of a friend (the mentioned acquaintance, K). I didn’t know at the time but it was a Welcome Home party for K’s ex-boyfriend D that their friend group was hosting.

I had met K and D a few times in social settings but wouldn’t say we were friends or anything. Long story short, D proposed, K said no, D ended the relationship and went solo traveling around the world for 2 years, K never got over him and planned to use the party to try and get back with him, D ignored her, D spent the party talking, flirting, and drinking with me and we slept together that night. Me and D never stopped talking and have been together ever since and we recently got engaged.

Throughout these two years, K has constantly tried to split us up. She has accused me of everything from manipulating to assaulting D. She constantly texts and calls me saying I ruined her relationship with her soulmate and calling me names. She had shown up to our place drunk asking to cuddle D. I tend to give people more chances than they deserve and always thought she would stop. I never blocked her in hope of her eventually accepting reality. She gave up around six months after the party but when I posted our engagement on instagram a few days ago, she is even worse and has been bombarding both my and D’s phones.

Me and D have a wonderful relationship. He’s smart, handsome, successful, treats me well, my family loves him, his family loves me, he checks everything I want in a life partner but K is getting to my head now and making me question if it really is wrong to marry the former almost-fiance of someone I know. D can sense I’m feeling down and has been giving me even more affection, cooking my favorite meals and buying me flowers more than usual just trying to cheer me up. I love this man with all my heart and don’t want to lose him but I’m not thinking clearly and need to know if it is somehow wrong to be engaged to and marry D?

Here is some context. We've been dating for 5 years. My girlfriend played hockey back in university. As a result she is a bit more muscular than most other women, but nothing crazy. She was still very feminine and attractive to me as a straight man. However, when she turned 22 and stopped playing hockey she took up a different hobby; weight lifting. I don't have any issue with that as I am also an avid gym goer and want both of us to be healthy.

However it went from being normal gym sessions where she'd do a typical PPL split with me, to full on bodybuilding. She expressed interest in bodybuilding shows and my initial thought was that she'd stay natural. But somehow, she started taking steroids without my knowledge until a few weeks into it. And a couple months in, she was starting to look a little different. Her voice sounded off, her skin got rougher, the muscle definition on her arms was starting to look sort of similar to mine, which doesn't sound bad at first but I've been lifting for almost a decade. Fast forward almost 2 years, she has competed in womens' bodybuilding shows and looks absolutely nothing like she had in the past. Her hands and skin are rougher than mine, her voice is deeper, her chest got smaller, her face no longer looks feminine to me. I have zero physical interest in her.

At work, there is a new girl (22F) who just graduated university. She is much more traditionally feminine. She's very kind, quiet, caring, and more attractive. We've been hitting it off pretty well and subtly flirts with me (she calls me her work husband lol). I want to pursue a relationship with her. Would I be wrong to break up with my girlfriend who no longer seems like the person she was when we first met?

And even when he was Jim you could tell he couldn't act that well. You can see him trying so hard to act well, which is a problem

Okay, so he did A Quiet Place. Go watch what he did before Quiet Place. Bad. Movie after? Bad. Quiet Place was a lucky roll of the dice and kind of stupid, but it doesn't doesn't hurt that it looks decent and Emily Blunt is in both of them
