To manage a user's settings, go to their account page in your Google Admin console. Here, you can do things like change a user's password, give them another email address, and more.

-

Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

- In the list of matching accounts that appears, click an account to go to its page.
Search looks for addresses and first and last names that begin with your search text. It doesn't look for text in the middle or end of a word.
For example, if you search for bert, you'll get results for Bert and Bertrand, but not for Robert.
Shortcuts and tips
Use search operatorsNarrow your search for user accounts with these operators. Enter the operator, the equal (=) sign, and your search text.
Operator | Finds users... | Examples |
---|---|---|
domain | In a specific domain | domain=example.com |
Whose email addresses match your search text | email=rob@example.com | |
givenName | Whose first names match your search text | givenName=rob |
familyName | Whose last names match your search text | familyName=smith |
Tip: Searches can return group accounts, too. If you use search operators, however, you must include the email operator to return any group results, as in email=marketing.
Enter two or more search operators to narrow your search even further.
