Secure content creation and collaboration all in one place
There’s no shortage of technology to help us get more work done—but as the
number of applications we use and the amount of content we work with continue
to increase, it becomes more difficult to ensure a seamless digital experience.
Google and Box share a commitment to help businesses and teams of all sizes
work smarter, so we teamed up to deliver the most advanced, seamless, secure
cloud technology to our users.
Collaborate using your favorite tools
As part of this partnership, Box is integrated with Google Workspace—connecting
teams and making collaboration easier than ever. And with all of your Box
content hosted on Google Cloud, you can rest easy knowing it will never leave
the world-class security of Google’s data centers.
We also created Box for Google Workspace Essentials exclusively for Box
customers who are not yet a customer of Google Workspace and with it, you can
use Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides right in Box without having to migrate your
email, calendar, or file storage tools. The end result? You can easily create
and collaborate with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides and store everything
securely in Box.
In addition to working together, Box and Google Workspace are also compatible
with third-party apps, including Microsoft Office 365, so that you can adopt a
best-in-breed strategy to boost your employees’ productivity.
With Box for Google Workspace, you can easily create and collaborate with your
entire team in real time. Box enables frictionless security and compliance to
protect sensitive content, manage the lifecycle of content, and maintain
compliance across industries and geographies.
