Go fuck yourselves, first of all. Second of all, admit defeat and give us back the old trash app that wasn’t as trashed as the current app.
Your entire user base is turning on you. Give us the option to go back/download the previous app until yall fix the shit show that y’all released.
Seriously guys, why are we not pushing for this? start tagging them everywhere. Just how they have the S1 and S2 app, they should give us the old version to download the previous less trashed and fucked app.

I actually thought everyone was just a bunch of whiners. I thought the UI was a marginal improvement but honestly didn’t really care that much. I thought most the complaints on this sub were just overblown. I’ve been a Sonos customer for over 10 years and I have spent quite a bit of money over that time to build out a pretty nice system. Never had an issue.
But then my products stopped working for literally no reason (well we know the reason). My outdoor amp and move have been in the exact same spot for 3+ years. Literally nothing has changed and yet now I’ll maybe be able to play music for 10-15 minutes before one or both just drop connection, sporadically coming back for a second or two only to disconnect again.
How can an app update screw up this bad? Basic product features just don’t work anymore.

I urge you to go check all of Sonos' social media platform accounts. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and go see for yourself all of the angry comments with tons of likes/reactions. It's not just Reddit. So stop saying that the issues are for a "small minority" and using Reddit as the only source where people go to complain. This doesn't even include the number of phone calls Sonos Support is receiving, emails, and third party dealers/installers that act as middlemen to support their customers they service for.

I cannot fathom how many people must have signed off on the latest app release despite it being markedly worse then its predecessor (which was in itself far from a quality piece of work). What on earth do Sonos executives think they are playing at? Are their customers thought of with such disdain that an obviously worse service is considered acceptable as long as they can still squeeze even higher prices from those customers with newer products?
Is there some kind of set-in-stone negative correlation within Sonos, where as their prices inevitably increase and increase, the user experience (primarily dictated by the software) must inevitably decrease and decrease?
Are Sonos now so comfortable within their laurels and protected from competition that the improvement of the customer experience is no longer a concern? Have Sonos become the audio equivalent of Bethesda, EA or Activision?
Seriously, what are the genuine alternatives to Sonos as a wireless, WiFi multi-room audio solution with a robust and smooth software user experience? Price really need not be a factor as Sonos is not a cheap option by any stretch of the imagination.
Perhaps if noticeable numbers of people started to gravitate away from Sonos to a worthy competitor, they might actually rediscover their enthusiasm for delivering a productive and premium user experience and remember how well they used to be thought of…?
So who are the other players, since Sonos seem unconcerned with their users?

A question for those that own and use a base iPhone, as in the standard model. No plus, no pro, no pro maxes. Just the standard iPhone. Base 12, 13, 14 or 15. Do you like it? What’s day to day life with it like? Why did you choose the base model? And is there anything that’s missing from it that you wish it had?
I recently held a base 15 in my hands and used it for a bit and it felt wonderful. Like it was super light and peaceful in my hand. This is coming from a 15PM user. Man if the baseline iPhones had 120Hz I would immediately go to the base models and never look back at the pros. Maybe one of these days Apple will bring 120Hz to the standard models and I can finally escape from the pros and save money. Nonetheless it still felt like a full package.
