Can we add a column for where to search for an authors number? Or someway to search them all at once with the authors name. As an example the LCCN links either take me to Wikipedia or Albert Einstein's page neither of which are helpful when I am looking for a specific author. I still have not figured out how to find someone's number. JeepdaySock (talk) 17:22, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

I'll try to add something to the page. Briefly, however, WorldCat Identities is a good place to start, closely followed by VIAF. There is also a gadget that can help a lot. It is under "In development" with the description "Add a toolbox link to select and import a variety of authority control data from VIAF". - AdamBMorgan (talk) 21:34, 15 July 2012 (UTC)
Thanks Adam, that helped a lot. I have added the gadget and it seems to be very helpful, finding things in a couple minutes that I was spending nearly an hour not finding. JeepdaySock (talk) 10:44, 16 July 2012 (UTC)

Template placement[edit]

This change, stating that "It should be placed at the end of the page, before the license." [1] is not how it is in most pages I have checked.— Mpaa (talk) 11:47, 24 April 2015 (UTC)
