Was on Avril Lavigne's wikipedia pages for her tours and found at that she did a multi-city tour in China back in 2014. She didn't just do Beijing or Shanghai like most western artists do, she also did cities like Wuhan, Guangzhou and Hangzhou. What were other "uncommon" cities or countries that artists have held concerts in?
