You can pick the language you use for Google+, and what you select will apply to all Google products.

- Open Google+ > click your picture in the top right corner.
- Click Account > click Language near the top center.
- Click the language you currently use to see a drop-down menu of language options.

If you change your default language, the names of your circles, including your default circles, won't change. If you'd like to change the name or language of an existing circle, you can edit your circle names.
