"You don't have to be nice or civil about ending a genocide. The idea that people who are actively funding a genocide have any moral authority to demand civility is ridiculous. Civil people don't create mass graves! Civil people don't give weapons to those creating mass graves!"

At some point in your life, you were taught that being slightly annoying is an unforgivable sin. Maybe it was by your parents or a teacher or a friend or a bully or an older sibling. But someone taught you that being slightly annoying is a crime punishable by death.
You must unlearn this.
You must accept that all people will be annoying at some point or another in their lives, maybe all of their lives, and that this is okay. It is okay for strangers on the bus, it is okay for children in the grocery store, it is okay for people on social media, and it is okay for you.
If you ever want to truly love your fellow humans, if you ever want to truly love yourself, you must have forgiveness for being annoying.
That part
This elderly woman was one of the leaders of demonstrations against the Vietnam War in 1968, when she was a student at Columbia University. Today, 56 years later, she returns to the same place and says, "Palestine must be free."
I see the West has found a loophole for persecuting Jews while appearing to be progressive.
saw a grown woman on tiktok snidely calling gen z the christopher columbus generation bc someoneโs fifteen year old son โthought heโd discovered weezerโ. newsflash every generation finds out about the music of the previous generation at some point it comes free with being fifteen. being annoying about music also comes free with being fifteen. a kid saying yeah iโve just found this band nirvana have you ever heard of them should be a thing of joy
thank you doraemon <333
I must not mock Gen Alpha. Mocking Gen Alpha is the mind killer. Mocking Gen Alpha is the little-death that brings total generational solidarity obliteration. I will engage with Gen Alpha lovingly. I will permit them to be cringe. And when they grow up I will turn my eye to their accomplishments. Where mocking has gone there will be nothing. Only generational solidarity remains
protests are supposed to make privileged people uncomfortable btw
One ticket to the Met Gala costs 75k imagine how many families that could have been saved with that.
Fuck the Met Gala, eat the rich always
34,000 deaths is clearly an appalling undercount when watchdog groups learn about mass graves like this every week.
