whenever i listen to music i always have the tendency to imagine characters playing their respective instruments in songs. this song in particular, no fun by vacations, made me imagine their playing styles UGHHGHHH anyways

i remember coming across an old picture of actual matt (i think it was him anyway) playing guitar and i felt inclined to headcanon character matt can also play guitar :3 i can see him rocking out an electric guitar alongside tom and his bass.

i love to think when they were teens, matt and tom knew each other for AGES and became friends over their love of playing guitar and bass. they tried to make a band, but they really didn’t make it big, and instead just made music in matt’s old home’s basement. edd eventually tagged along since he knew how to sing, and tord knew drums, but they never became an actual band LMAOAO.

nowadays, matt and tom love rocking shit out as a hobby. edd still loves to sing, tord doesn’t play drums much anymore. edd sometimes annoys the other two to play guitar and bass to be his background instrumentals while he sings.

also this piece was my excuse to give matt the love he deserves and make him cooler . i love him

tom and matt were childhood friends since they met on a playground near their neighborhood, which they JUST SO HAPPENED to live mere minutes away from each other. tom would approach matt, thinking matt was so cool for having weird features like him (matt with his pointy ears, eyes, and teeth. tom with his black eyes)

they bonded over their shared uniqueness and eventually became closer friends. :) tom also found matt's ability to play guitar at a young age the coolest thing ever?? and was even inspired to play bass later in high school because of matt.

tom's mother would work for hours, and the fact he wouldn't be able to see her as much would prompt him to hang out at matt's house a lot. matt's parents were like a second family to tom, during times where his mother would be away.

to make things funny?? i could imagine matt was born as a vampire, straight out of the womb. since both of his parents are human, they have. no idea why he's a vampire?

"is... is this genetic?? hun, do you think your own grandparents were vampires??" -mumthew to dadthew

nevertheless, matt's parents did their best to adjust to their newborn vampire son and his abilities. there were times where he would constantly turn into a bat and fly around the house, and his parents would have to chase him just to get him to stop. 😭😭

- matt's dad taught him guitar at 6 years old!!

- it's most likely that matt's greater grandparents were vampires, and it got passed down to him. (like great great great grandparents or whatever? so old that even his own parents didn't know it was a part of their family tree)

making art is just like showering………can’t get up and do it, can’t stop when you’ve started. you want to crawl out of your skin if you don’t do it often enough. everything in the world is the exact same

sometimes I think about dsmp (aka the completely made up version in my head idc it's. Mine it's mine i came up with it what's twitch) do you ever think about the war. do you guys ever think about having citizens in that world and there being full fledged armies. do you guys think about rations. army rations. they were struggling for a while it got kind of dire.

do you guys think about the medical tents. first aid tents whatever . i do i think about cwilbur never letting ctommy go into them despite the fact ctommy is one of the people LEADING said army. he's playing with toy soldiers and doesn't even know it. can anyone hear me
