All the promotional content from the show features a hog. They use a pig emoji to represent it in the announcement posts. The show logo has a pig. Even the banner has a big old hog hanging out with the rest of the cast.

So how come there's no hog on the show? They should have a hog there, in the audience with the rest of them. The hog should watch the presentation and make hog sounds.

I never really liked eggs and at times even hated them. I don't like the flavor mostly, and the texture is kinda goofy too. I watched Katie's presentation, called the help line, and decided to give them another chance. Hell, they might decrease the risk of stroke, worth a shot right! Well, I made some scrambled eggs this morning, and honestly, just mid. Will probably have more tomorrow, for the health benefits, but not looking forward to it. :(

So much hype around Jess's amazing presentation which has made my queer/trans former wrestler heart sing, thought I would expand on the crucial information of the world of queer and trans wrestlers, as well as the actual wrestlers who do it in drag!!!! Makes me so happy to see folks who knew nothing about wrestling become curious about it through this show on other threads 🥹

• Nyla Rose at AEW (first openly trans pro wrestler signed to a prime time wrestling promotion) (AEW in general is Very Gay™️) (someone check me on this but I /think/ the first indigenous woman title belt holder too?)

• Gabbi Tuft (former WWE wrestler before transitioning, has been teasing her fans for MONTHS that she's been practicing and coming back in the ring 👀👀👀) (fair warning if you look her up though most of her content is about dieting and personal training)

• Pollo Del Mar (wrestling personality/manager in drag) (makes a shirt that says "queer world order" that looks like the NWO logo)

• my former promotion The Boston League of Wicked Wrestlers 🥲

• now disbanded but Chicago League of Ladies Arm Wrestling (CLLAW) (more drag than wrestling but still the same vibe)

• there is an entire promotion just called "Wrestle Drag" (most recent show is called Sounds Gay I'm In Too)

• someone on another thread mentioned the Lucha Libre "exótico", Cassandro being the most well known

• Lucha Brittania out of London who have many gay wrestlers and have a lot of between-match drag entertainment

• Shimmer "women's" wrestling who have many many queer and nonbinary wrestlers come through their promotion over the years

• the original GLOW is available on PlutoTV and THAT shit was DRAAAAAAAG (however, lots of very bad taste, problematic, and racist themes that come up though, it was made in the 80s, you'll have an idea if you watched Netflix's series about it)

What music saved your life when you were too depressed or in the edgeline to take your life. What was that music that helped you through your most difficult times? Inspired you to live once more?

I'm going through a anxious and depressing times of my life and everything feels so exhausting. I feel really fed up. Music was always my best buddy. It always helped me in tough times. I just wanted to listen some recommended life saver songs from you folks. Thank you.

I love smartypants so far, and I would love to throw a PowerPoint night. What’s a good idea for a PowerPoint, particularly something like Vic’s vegetable conspiracy?

Sam said in a BTS episode that this is the season of game changer that’s closest to the original idea and I completely agree! I think every episode for this season has been especially creative and entertaining!

I was so excited when I heard Rekha was going to host this show. She is my absolute favorite Dropout cast member. I’m really loving Smartypants, but I’m kinda disappointed her role as host isn’t bigger. She’s just sort of another member of the audience. I’m glad that she’s the person who is there every episode, but I was expecting the title of Host to be something more.

So far I’m loving the show and can’t see any reason that opinion would change, this is just something I’m a little bummed about.

By international I mean not USA or UK.

I recently watched 'Girl from nowhere' which is a great Thai series, sort of like a Buddhist influenced version of The Twilight Zone, but focused on one 'person' and with a very heavy dose of social criticism, humor and plain weirdness.

Any other good shows worth checking out from different countries? I suppose American equivalents would be From, Twin peaks, The Leftovers etc

I'm fairly new to drop out as a whole but I've been binging some of it and I just started VIP first two episodes are pretty good I like the characters. But can I tell you how much I desperately need fast Grandma in my life!

I just love Lisa Gilroy and of course Vic I'm so excited for this episode but I just had to stop and mention fast Grand Ma.
