On Bravo Breaking News Kim shows clips of Scheananigans and Scheana tells her guests that the cast was told by production that this show is an ensemble cast and about a group of friends, and if people aren’t going to film together they will wrap early, cancel the show and they can all move on with their lives. This of course sent Scheana and Lala into complete panic as they did not get the same offers and opportunities that Ariana had gotten. They then did everything they could to get Tom and Ariana to “have a productive conversation”. I’m not sure how to feel about this. Does it change anything that this show really was entirely created by production this entire season? There was no reality except maybe from Katie, Ariana and James. Lala, Scheana and Tom were all performing assigned For me, it makes Scheana’s behaviour worse - you didn’t tell your actual friend what was up and you let her think the girls were having a “spice girls” season - for what? Scheana also disclosed that as predicted by everyone but her Tom isn’t staying in touch since filming wrapped and neither is Ariana. She did not express any remorse in the clip I saw and instead doubled down on Ariana leaving being “a slap in everyone’s face”. Is Scheana not aware somehow that Ariana has no obligation to have a one on one with Tom written into her contract?

It's barely felt like a new era season because there's been so few twists/advantages. We've only had

• 4 lost votes (Jelinsky, Bhanu, Hunter, Ben), none of which mattered

• 2 extra votes (Tevin, Maria), neither of which mattered

• Earn the merge

• Split tribal

• Shot in the dark

Besides these, the season has been a traditional Survivor season. Compare this to any of the other new era seasons, which have had new twists/advantages practically every episode. It's refreshing getting to see the players play Survivor without being confined to twists—the strategy and personal dynamics take center stage.

Also, we're finally getting personal drama. This is the juiciest, messiest, fight-iest season we've seen since when, Kaoh Rong? Cagayan? The New Era has been a Kumbaya fest, so it's refreshing to see a Gabon-esque season in the 40's.

Saying it looked like she got into her mom's lipstick and smeared it all over her face? Kinda rude and I thought she looked nice. Maybe I'm in the minority here but that comment seemed uncalled for

Kyle constantly complains about how lazy Amanda is. I think it would kill him inside for her to have success while he hasn’t. As of 2022, Loverboy was $4M in debt. They lost $1.5M last year. This is not a successful company, and it doesn’t seem he’s ever going to recoup his initial investment. We all know Kyle has a massive ego, and he knows Amanda has talent, and I think he knows deep down that she could actually make something cool happen.

I don’t think it’s as much about him wanting control over her so she doesn’t leave, as it is him competing with her. Tbh I feel like Kyle secretly hopes that Amanda will leave him because he says he’s miserable in the relationship, but he doesn’t like being the ‘bad guy.’ So this is my theory :)

Delusional. They consistently minimize the work, drive, and ambitions of the (female) partners. Carl doesn't even have an actual, definitive gameplan/career path and tries to shade Lindsey's deals. Kyle freaks out that he has to "babysit" his wife after completely dismissing her wanting a life/career outside of him and his shit. Both men are selfish.

Imagine if someone called loverboy a passion project. Assholes.

And Snarl is just nodding his head in agreement as K doubles down on his shitty behavior after Amanda asked to have something of her own. He said he gets stuck with all the work at home and in the business and insists he will be stuck with the work of her venture as well. This all makes him look terrible bc he can't even stand by her while on camera, its always bitching from this man child. Then Snarl is on WWHL and states that Kyle overreacted. He couldn't stand up to his friend, I believe it's because he is a wimp and an audience simp, he just says what he thinks will get him most fan approval. This whole episode & subsequent discussion gave me major ICK on these sad old bros.

Just finished episode 5, and wow. She told the ladies that she wasnt talking about Kayla in the podcast, when in reality she was. And when confronted about the fact she lied she goes on and says "no, I don't lie. I never lie". Well she clearly did at the beach! I don't get why she just didn't say okay, yeah I was talking about Kayla and I did lie after she was caught lying about it.

Edit to add: Then she wants to turn the conversation around and talk about the issue that Ali and Rose had! As if that and what she said about Kayla had any relation.
