Ten and Wilkinson win order for Lehrmann to pay up

A Federal Court judge has ordered Bruce Lehrmann to pay almost all of Network Ten and Lisa Wilkinson’s multi-million dollar legal costs after a crushing defamation loss – but was also heavily critical of how Ten has framed the result.
In a decision delivered on Friday afternoon, Justice Michael Lee ruled that an independent referee would investigate how much Mr Lehrmann should pay the network and its former star presenter.
