Sign in to your Admin console

If you have access to an administrator account, you can sign in to the Google Admin console. The Admin console is where administrators manage Google services for people in an organization.

To sign in now (requires an administrator account):

In any web browser, go to admin.google.com.
Starting from the sign-in page, enter an administrator account name and password. Forgot your password?
An administrator account has privileges to manage services for other people in your organization. The Admin console is only available when you're signed in to an administrator account. If you don't have access to an administrator account, get help from someone else who does. Who is my administrator?

If you see a list of Google accounts on the sign-in page, be sure to choose an administrator account (it does not end in @gmail.com).

If your administrator account isn't listed, click the link to Sign in to a different account.

Questions

Why did I have to sign in twice?

If your company is using a Single Sign-On (SSO) service with your Google account, then signing in to your account from admin.google.com sends you to a second sign-in page. From here, you'll sign in not just to your Admin console, but to other programs or services your company has set up with SSO (so you don’t have to sign in to each one separately). Just enter the sign-in name and password your administrator gave you.

How does enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) affect sign-in if I'm an administrator?

If you're a super administrator and you try to sign in to admin.google.com, you're asked to enter your full administrator address (name@yourdomain.com) and password. You're then redirected to the Admin console after you sign in. Google does not redirect you to the SSO server.

If you don't have super administrator privileges and try to sign at admin.google.com, you are redirected to the SSO sign-in page.

I use Chrome’s password manager to remember my Google account username and password

With Google Chrome, you can manage your website passwords, letting you save a username and password so that Chrome automatically completes the sign-in fields for you the next time you visit these websites. The new two-step sign-in flow for all Google accounts does not impact the behavior of the password manager; it will still auto-complete the sign-in fields for you.

What happens if I don’t have a public profile?

If you don’t have a public profile picture, Google displays a blue avatar image instead. To manage your Google+ profile, see Choose how you share information on your Google+ profile.

I'm a reseller trying to access my customer's Admin console

If you're a reseller trying to sign in to one of your customer’s Admin consoles, go to admin.google.com/customer_domain. Then sign in with either your own reseller account name and password, or use an administrator account at the customer's domain.
