Glad to have chosen London Glad to have chosen London
Things to Do

I just moved to London today. I'll be attending Fanshawe. It's evening right now and I decided to take a stroll, downtown is near to my place so I started out from there and currently I'm sitting on a bench along the walking path that is on the bank of the river thames (idk for sure if it's called thames). There was a baseball match taking place at the Labatt Memorial Park which I wanted to watch but I do not know how things work around here in Canada and got caught in overthinking if only family members were allowed inside on the benches (also I couldn't find a way to reach the stadium lol). I felt excluded and out of place on this hour long walk but got a serotonin rush watching all the happy citizens and the scenic views.

If anyone would like to meet for a walk or to do something outdoors, I'll be glad.

Local shops/Antique Shops open today? Local shops/Antique Shops open today?
Ask a Local!

Hey everyone! I’m looking to see if any other local shops or friends of local shop owners know if anyone is open today?

Duck and Dodo is usually open 10-3 on labour day, but where else do you know might be open that could be local/different to check out?

I have read the “what’s open in London” that’s always on ctv but they usually miss local shops that could be open still. I thought it could be a good idea to post and try and get people out visiting local businesses and support the community.
