Horror comedy isn’t one of my favorite genres. But I was super surprised when I watched Abigail last night. It has a pretty interesting plot, really good and small cast (everyone did an amazing job), bloody and entertaining scenes and had a lot of moments where I laughed out loud. Some scenes did drag along, but it didn’t ruin anything for me.
If you liked Ready Or Not, I would highly recommend this movie. I am disappointed I never got to see this in theaters but watching it back home was a blast. If you’re looking for a fun horror movie on a Friday night, this is the perfect pick. Might have to do a Ready Or Not and Abigail double feature! Have you seen Abigail? What are your thoughts?
