WA gold producer Pantoro was back in front of investors on Monday, seeking to raise about $88 million via a placement priced at 8¢ a share.

Petra Capital and Euroz Hartleys were appointed joint lead managers, while Canaccord acted as co-lead manager. The 8¢ offer price represented a 7 per cent discount to the last close and a 7.1 per cent discount to the five-day volume-weighted average price.
