Jeopardy is gone. This is a travesty. What am I supposed to watch during dinner now? 🤨
For fans of the Blank Check Podcast, with Griffin Newman, David Sims, and Ben Hosley. Is Ben "Professor Crispy"? Will Griffin and David ever get the premise of the show down to 30 seconds or under? Let's listen together and find out! #thetwofriends
To show that I actually do work at Pluto TV and am also a long-time Blankie, I put together a VOD collection of every movie we have available that's been covered on the pod to date:
There's at least one from most of the mini-series to date, including a couple Ben's Choices (Pluto TV is definitely an heir to the Porch Movie tradition). We've got some more coming up in the months ahead so I'll keep updating the list as we add more titles.

I just watched the episode of spongebob when they make squidward firmly grasp the net, followed by 2 episodes of doug, and then are you afraid of the dark was on. I'm in nostalgia heaven
I don’t know if this is wide spread issue on the app or just on my tv which is a Samsung crystal 7000 TV. Notice all weekend that the app is closing by itself once I enter into the app. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
Tried to uninstall and install again and the problem is still there.

I don’t know who the brilliant content scheduler is at Pluto that added an entire channel devoted to the OG movies but I would like to say thank you! I don’t think I’ve seen them since they were originally released (yes, I believe I saw all of them in a theatre; I’m old and a major TOS fan). Also thanks to whoever posted the info on this subreddit; our tv has been on that channel since I saw that!!
I used to use Pluto tv for free movies and tv like 10 years ago. I just re-downloaded it today and wow I'm impressed. Basically get to watch what I was on hulu tv for free now.
The Nicktoons Network era was probably the best channel for retro Nickelodeon content, and since its rebranding back to "Nicktoons" there really hasen't been a substitute for it. Nickelodeon has shut down "Nickrewind" and the 90s kids channel on pluto tv just plays one show all day rather than having a schedule with variety like "Nicktoons Network" did. So, I made a Petition to revive "Nicktoons Network" on Pluto TV. .
Just got a press release from Pluto announcing that Pluto TV will be creating a dedicated "Big Brother" channel for the live feeds for season 25. There will be 5 distinct pop-up channels, 4 individual streams and 1 combined. Limited ad-breaks will be shown throughout the feed.
For those who don't know Pluto TV, the service is free to sign up for. There are commercials that are sprinkled in, and you can pay to be ad-free. But I also believe T-Mobile users (and maybe those who use other services) get ad-free for no cost.
The channel will start alongside the live feeds tomorrow post-premiere at .
I'm kind of shocked that there isn't a Pluto TV channel for classic G4 TV. this seems the perfect thing for nerds, I think most of us would rewatch old X-Plays or Attack Of The Shows. they're super rewatchable for the content and for the personality of the host which is what we all loved and I can't imagine expensive royalties on the programs.
Discuss all the Real Housewives franchises by Bravo TV with us! You are in the right place for: Real Housewives of Atlanta | Beverly Hills | New Jersey | New York City | Orange County | Melbourne | Miami | Toronto | Vancouver | Potomac | Dallas | Salt Lake City | Vanderpump Rules | Summer House | Dubai | Southern Charm | Below Deck | Ladies of London | Mob Wives and more!
Just found that Pluto (free streaming app) added a Bravo channel-Real Housewives vault. They’re currently playing the one season wonder of D.C. Happy Friday!
A place for those looking to get away from the traditional cable tv model, and move toward cheaper and legal options like over the air antenna, library collections, and streaming services.
We're new to streaming TV as an alternative to our old DirectTV ... and since our LG TV uses Pluto TV channels, and we can use the Pluto TV app also, that's what we've been using so far. But it's very laggy at times, which I'm 100% sure is a problem with Pluto, since all our other internet-delivered TV (DirectTV Stream, Amazon, etc) doesn't have the same lag issues. Seriously, sometimes we try to watch a show on Pluto and it will stop/start several times a minute, to the point of being un-watchable.
So my question, what would be the next most similar streaming service to try out? I'm hesitant to test out more than one at a time, since the SO gets frustrated easily trying to find the right app or input to use on the TV, and then the guide and navigation is all different, etc.
I see articles suggesting Freevee, Roku, Crackle, Tubi, Sling, etc but wonder what might be the simplest one to try as a comparison to Pluto.
Thx!

If you're new to streaming I would highly recommend trying Pluto TV. It's entirely free and has a lot of interesting channels with popular TV shows and (mostly unedited) movies. There's on-demand content, but you can also just flip between the live channels.
I appreciate the fact that there's a good bit of niche and offbeat content (like the documentary and cult film channels), in addition to more mainstream stuff. It's pretty much my favorite thing to have on in the background now.

Anyone else just turn on the Pluto streaming channel for fun? I’m curious as to why there are really long Pluto splash screens from time to time. Is it because of lack of ads to fill the void so the stream has to wait for the next episode on the hour/half-hour?
Also: This is the most important thing you’ve done, isn’t that frustrating? It’s frustrating for me dude. Whattayagonnado? Use some of that BOXING you’ve been doing?? is the only one to laugh at his joke Youre a whitebelt going against a blackbelt in conspiracies
