I don't know why you're downvoted so much. Guessing based on the Princess in your username that you're female, which means you'll likely weigh a bit less than a comparably slim man (they have more muscle mass naturally so they look leaner at the same weight). I'm an inch shorter than you and agree that we're very comfortably healthy in a 150-175 range. At any rate, 6'1" 160 is quite slim for a male (but not obscenely so), and I think they usually expect former 600-lbers to be a bit heavier than those who have never been fat. I remember when Christina got down to about 170 and Dr. Now wanted her to regain a bit, and she must have been about our height.
