Chromebase for meetings is an all-in-one touchscreen video conferencing device. The Chromebase is tailored for small rooms and workspaces with 1 or 2 people. It is a 24-inch touchscreen monitor (a keyboard and mouse are included but not required), with a built-in, adjustable video camera, and 2 speakers and 4 microphones–an all-in-one device.
To set up and enroll the Chromebase for meetings, start by simply plugging in your Chromebase device. Calendar integration and device management take place from the Google Admin console, which provides administrators a single point of control.
Once you have set up and enrolled your device, users in your organization can then easily schedule and join meetings using Google Calendar.
Note: Before using your Chromebase for meetings you will need to ensure that your organization has a Google admin account and that your domain has been verified.
