In MamaSushi, we fusioned the Asian Cuisine, especially the Japanese, along with the exciting and tasty flavors of Latin America. The result: a marvelous, tasteful experience that takes your palate for a ride through the many cultures.

The fusion comes to life with one of our many “Latin Sushi” dishes. We feature many rolls with “Fully Cooked” protein and ingredients such as sweet plantains, guacamole, white cheese, pico de gallo and many more.
Our “More than Sushi” concept begins in the kitchen through the influences of our Executive Chef, David Nuñez, who consciously applies his vast experience in the Asian-Latino fusion.

David took the owner’s creation and further enhanced it by adding a selection of Appetizers and Main Courses set to please, from the most traditional, to the most modern palate.
