Starlink Support is useless so I figured I'd try here.
Recently re-setup my Starlink from storage, and had it setup on the ground for a few days, and worked like a dream. Had it setup on my roof, and it worked for a day, and then suddenly, started cycling offline & online every couple of seconds.
The router in statistics is showing 20-25% ping success, whilst the Starlink unit is showing 96%+, as well as the Ping Drop Rate for the Router being 100% in the debug data, and 20-60% for the cable.
What I'm hoping to figure out, is if its likely the cable that's died, or if its the router.
I've got a Gen 2 Router, with an ethernet adapter, and the standard dish.
I've tried removing the ethernet adapter, checked it was plugged into the router & the dish properly, factory reset, all with no luck.
Any advice would be much appreciated
