How the Hell can a team of Crazy Quilt, Kite Man, Condiment King, Polk-Dot Man, Ten-Eyed Man, and Calendar Man take over Gotham?
The team has to defeat Batman, the Bat-family, the various criminal organizations that operate in the city, and have some way of dealing with the police, either corruption or fear, etc. Can they possibly do it? The team has a year to prep and get to know one another. To what lengths would they have to go to take over Gotham?
-Round 1: The team has to take over Gotham. No one outside will interfere.
-Round 2: They have to take over the world. Any chance they have any luck? I know in-universe a lot of people have gotten pretty close, and none of them had had eyes for fingertips!
-Round 3: Who's the most powerful Marvel 616 character that the team beats 6/10 times in a face to face fight?

He'd show them all. Now, admittedly, his debut and early days were a joke. A bunch of water guns stitched together, and the odd youtube video that never really gave him anything too good. He couldn't spread the sauce that way, he couldn't cut the mustard.
Every time he went out, he was taken care of trivially. But he learnt. His conviction ketchup'd to his lofty goals. It was a godsend when he met his mentor, Mustard Monarch, a former E rank villain who served his time.
After lots of nagging, Izuku had finally become a student of his, Mustard Monarch his sensei. Under his tutelage, he made a few more improvements, learnt a bit about engineering, pumped Iron, made his guns look like guns.
Sill, he hadn't been quite sure if it was even worth it anymore? Was he wasting his life? But then he saw that video. The video of Stain.
Something about the man...it wasn't his words, but his presence. That was inspiring.
So now, after hiring 2 guys off Fiverr, he waited as Mt lady and Midnight exited the TV studio and greeted their adoring fans, he dashed to where the 2 guys were carrying his gear, disguised as a Hot Dog Stand, strategically close to the 2 Heroines.
He ripped off his shirt, revealing his logo as he quickly got his guns strapped to him, before he jumped in front of his 2 target's path.
"Mayo mouths burn in the chilli depths of Hell Heroes!" he shouted, as he fired his Condiment Guns, now nearly at the strength of fire hoses, directly at the unfortunate duo's mouths as they were mid conversation.
The crowd had decided to scatter, their preconceived little notions about condiments clashing with the sight of the 2 Heroines dropping, clutching their mouths at the sheer spiciness, enough they struggled for breath as their throats closed, their eyes teared.
He'd laughed, he'd relished in the sensation of his victory...for all of 2 seconds before Kamui Woods, who was coincidentally nearby and had been working a milk commercial came in. He didn't even get the courtesy of a special move, just a fairly thick wood branch circling him. He growled in anger as the Hero emptied his carried milk into his 2 victims' mouths, undoing his hard work.
He didn't get off easy this time, juvenile detention, minimum security for him. Still, those fools...they hadn't thought to barr him from the prison kitchen.
