Subreddit for the sci fi space Opera franchise, The Expanse. Which include the Prime video TV series, the book series by James S.A Corey, Comics, and Games.
And it looks awesome. Here’s an article about it, including some cover art and interviews.
Here’s an all-spoilers discussion thread from u/gatorbeetle where we can speculate all we want; and here’s another from u/ssgtsiler.
Andy Diggle, the comics’ writer, says
“The Expanse: Dragon Tooth is… overseen by Daniel Abraham & Ty Franck - aka James SA Corey, the original creators of #TheExpanse.
[It picks] up the action right after Season 6 of the TV show. That’s a lot of history to build on. If you know and love #TheExpanse like I do, you’ll know there’s plenty more to explore…
It's in the TV continuity, but written with an understanding of where things go in the books.”
(Full Twitter thread starts here, there are very minor book 6-7 spoilers)
This discussion thread is meant as an announcement for everyone who’s seen the show, so book spoilers must be tagged.

Just wanted to get a basic list as for instance, I head that Christopher Priest really understood how Black Panther worked, so I wanted to take a look at other comics that greatly benefited from changing creators.
I like Pride (Brian K Vaughan), think the Lion King in hell, and...wow... was going to say The Killer, and low and behold guess what is being released to Netflix in September by David Fincher no less.

Weird Literature: For news, reviews, book discussion, and anything else pertaining to weird fiction. We cover everything from contemporary writers of the Weird, such as China Miéville, Kelly Link, M. John Harrison, K.J. Bishop, Eric Basso, and Jeff Vandermeer to foundational authors like H.P. Lovecraft, Alfred Kubin, Algernon Blackwood, Robert Chambers, and Jean Ray, to everyone in between.
Two of the most impressive fiction reads that felt strongly weird to me were comics: Celestia (by Manuele Fior, a very unique take on telepathy in a strange decaying earth setting) and Nemesis, the Warlock (a wild science fiction by Pat Mills and Kevin O'Neill about a reptile-looking psionic alien).
Andor is a Star Wars series that follows the formative years of Rebel spy Cassian Andor in a prequel to Star Wars: Rogue One. Streaming on Disney+.
Maarva is the coolest and I know we all want to see more of her adventures when she was younger... with and without Clem. I think it would make a great comic series.
How do we make this happen?
What other characters would you want to see her interact with?

For me 3.
Judge dredd Fables Ice cream man
I been slowly cutting more and more books since I have really gotten into Omnibuses, but two books I have just lost complete interest in.
Radiant Black was a book I was championing for a long time but it honestly really lost me recently with book splitting into the 2 timelines. I also really don’t care about villains at all. This war was suppose to be a big event but I’m really not invested. I also feel like the pacing got weird.
Green Arrow was a book I really wanted to love but it just isn’t what I want from Green Arrow. I’m happy the family is back but this whole space/time adventure lost me. It’s not a bad book but I prefer a more grounded Green Arrow.
