What could go wrong?

It would be good if after such a fall she got away with only scratches on her skin. Scooters are not as safe as they seem. But this fall is not the most typical, in my opinion. Because of the small wheels, scooters have difficulty overcoming even small obstacles in the form of speed bumps. At the same time, when approaching an obstacle, it is better not to release the gas, and not to drive onto the obstacle with the brake pressed. When you press the gas, the wheel rotates itself, and this helps it climb the obstacle. And if the gas is not pressed, the wheel brakes. And in this case, you can flip over the handlebars ...

Grandma kept saying sternly: “without God you cannot cross any threshold!” but the bright light of science has proved that god doesn’t exist! (Soviet poster, 1965)

The original coloring of the buildings on the left, in my opinion, looks much more interesting than in 2019.

Flags of Moscow, USSR and McDonald's, 1989.

On the other hand, it's funny that McDonald's also has a red flag!

Flags of Moscow, USSR and McDonald's, 1989.

And I remember the advert where they promised gifts to the first customers. Including a free hamburger and cola. With a note in small print that the number of prizes was limited. In reality, there were 300 free portions. For a restaurant with 900 seats. And even these 300 free portions were only given to invited guests who were the first to enter. Among them were children from orphanages, so they got some kind of a plus for that. But otherwise, it was a scam. There is a detailed story on the Internet from a guy about how he stood in line at the opening of the first McDonald's in Moscow at night, was the sixth visitor, and still didn't get a free cola. But they gave him some kind of badge. It seems there were enough badges, they were given out for the first 2 days of work, or something like that.

The Moscow flag with Saint George was approved by Yuri Luzhkov in 1994. Before that, Moscow had no official flag, but there was a flag of Moscow athletes, which could be used as a city flag. The use of this particular flag confirms the dating of the photo.
