Hello everyone, hope we are all doing well!

So just a couple days ago I got results back that I tested positive for microclots and was graded a 3.5 out of 4 for severity. You can view the images as well as the grading sheet here:

Thankfully, I have been using Nattokanise for about 2 months and a high dosage about a week before I started triple therapy (TT) which was on March 1st. I say thankfully because I believe I've gone through the worst of the herxing reaction while on Natto before I started TT which probably made taking the therapy easier to manage.

I am still feeling symptoms but I have noticed some great improvements also such as my resting heart rate has started to climb drastically towards my pre covid baseline, I feel like I'm starting to get more energy, my breathing is improving and PEM is being reduced it seems.

I'm not out of the woods yet as this is a 4 month treatment but I'm happy to say I found something that makes sense as to why I (we) are experiencing the symptoms we do. For those that may not be aware, essentially in short, these microclots which are difficult for our bodies to break down, have the ability to get clogged in the tiniest capillaries inside us, impacting all organs, muscles and tissues. Let's say for example your heart muscles have fibrin clots clogging the capillaries, this will eventually block O² to the muscle tissue causing a heart spasm or tachycardia event. Sometimes a heart attack in those who can't handle it. People who experience pneumonia post covid, for those that don't survive it, it is found in autopsies that the lungs are essentially just filled with fibrin.

I truly believe this is the key to understanding how to help the long covid community. It is not a once and done cure by all means. In fact, it's possible that after treatment I may need to continue taking Nattokinase as a preventative measure. But the good news is that if this works and I get covid again, supposedly I can get a script for a few weeks of TT and this would prevent clots from forming in the first place. Also keep in mind that microclots are not the roode cause but a side effect of other mechanics that are currently being studied.

I hope this helps provoke thought and shines a light on a key topic that seems to be gaining more and more support globally, albeit slowly but I don't believe it would be spreading if it was a dead end.

If you have any questions, please ask away!

Here is also a link to Professor Kell's publication page. If you search microclot, you will find multiple peer reviewed publications relating to the subject.
