In 2021, we launched the Netflix Fund for Creative Equity - a $100 million commitment over five years that aims to build new pathways for underrepresented talent within entertainment. Since the beginning, the Fund has worked to develop in-house programs and support organizations committed to setting talent up for success in the industry.
To celebrate the Fund turning three, we asked creatives from around the world what these programs have meant to them. We’re incredibly thankful to this community who each day work to bring amazing stories to life for audiences globally. To learn more, visit: https://lnkd.in/dnJjwbpV
